De Clifton is an operational consultancy built around a simple idea: organisations don't need to pay a premium for an external consultancy to provide a powerpoint deck or another unachievable high level strategy, they need support with implementing a clear, attainable vision that delivers measurable value, at pace. And that needs to come from someone with a track record of operational delivery.

The firm was founded by Michael Jequier, who has spent 20 years on the frontline of complex operations, across logistics, parcel networks, healthcare, automotive, and military supply chains. The mix matters, it means the work is grounded in what actually moves the needle in the operations and not just what looks tidy on a slide.

De Clifton works exclusively with Operations-heavy organisations including PE and VC-backed businesses and public bodies where operations are central to delivering value. Past engagements include portfolio companies of Scania Growth Cap and EQT, typically at the point where an organisation needs to stabilise, recover, rebuild or remove cost before it can move forwards.

The approach is hands-on and structured around two phases: a short diagnostic to find the real problem, then a build-and-embed engagement to fix it and make the fix stick. No permanent reliance on outside help, our model is to hand over a fully functioning solution that can be sustained and led by you and your teams.
